Questions parents often ask
How do I see a paediatrician at night?
The clinic is open 24 hours: call 78-707-03-03 or just come in. Night-shift paediatricians see patients through the night.
How does online booking work?
On the website you choose a doctor and a day. The next page shows your queue number and how many people are ahead of you. If you can't come, you can cancel the booking right on the website.
Is the laboratory open on Sunday?
Yes, the laboratory is open every day from 8:00 to 18:00, Sundays included.
What should I bring to a newborn's check-up?
Babies up to 40 days old get one free paediatric check-up. Bring the birth certificate.
What is a combo package?
A doctor's check-up together with the main tests that doctor usually orders, cheaper than paying separately. See the prices on the “Prices” page.
We live far away. Do you offer online consultations?
Yes. Send “online consultation” to the clinic's Instagram Direct and the administrators will explain how it works.
Can the father come into the treatment room?
To keep patients comfortable, men do not enter the treatment room or the laboratory.
